I feel used. My salary and benefits have been cut while senior leadership suffers no consequences. I received no wage increase from the "tax cuts", yet I now am being penalized for Gartner's bad leadership and inability to plan for an obvious recession.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't make candidates wait for 10 months to see if they were hired or not. Actually show care in the people that you hire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if Gartner actually paid benefits, and if I was paid equitably. I have trained countless members of my team. Yet, I make 20% less than people who have been with the company for less than 3 months,and have the same position as I do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equity. Gartner lies by stating that it is an equitable company. It is not. Newer hires are paid almost 20% more for the same positions and work,and Gartner lies about it.Gartner has also cut bonuses and all benefits because of Covid.However,no C-suite executive has received benefits or salary cuts.
