What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Despite a challenging business environment, as a company there is a large emphasis placed on inclusiveness, volunteerism, and teamwork.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The process was much more casual than expected and it placed an emphasis on getting to know the interviewee as a person and how they'd interact with the team over extensive experience.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It has taken a long time - but it finally feels as if the leadership team is beginning to embrace a culture of constant change and promoting challenging the status quo. Hopefully the trickle down happens quickly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Young people in sales often become pessimistic and disenfranchised due consistently changing priorities, poor business results, and lack of accountability they are given. Leadership needs to do a better job of finding a way to empower younger employees to have more of a voice in strategic decisions.
