I am happiest when I am challenged and allowed to stretch past my comfort zone (with the support of leadership behind me).

My team is very collaborative, we know that nothing is accomplished in a silo and that we can all lean on each other when needed to accomplish our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusiveness that is preached at all levels is wonderful. People here seem to really get it that to succeed we need the best people for the jobs - regardless of backgrounds etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing with more than one person for a position made it feel more reasonable - if one person had a rough day I didn't feel it would be taken out on me in shape of a negative overall perception. I felt I could expect a fair assessment of abilities and role fit.
