I love the people I work with and being able to drive an impact.

Those interviewing me made themselves available for questions. The interviews are conducted by people who have done the jobs - not HR.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know others make significantly more than me doing the same job. I am also doing work that qualifies as a level higher at a level lower pay.
