probably my annual stock grant/investment, although waiting for it to vest 5 years seems lengthy.

when i am given the freedom and opportunity to do creative, great work and feel valued by my coworkers

opportunity to meet many people (not just hiring manager and vp) in the team, talked to each of them about different aspects of the job
