I really don't have any complaints! I love the work I am doing and team I am on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay! I am paid more than I expected for my line of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't speak to all leadership, but the executives in my department are very accessible/approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
My projects, co-workers and knowing I don't have to be in the office when it's snowing! I can take my calls from the comfort of my home.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's a well oiled machine! I always knew was coming next. They even took the time out of their weekend to let me know when I received an offer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible work! At the end of the week it just matters that I get my work done. Doesn't matter if I work 10 hours one day and 6 the next.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At the end of the day, events in your personal life take precedence over work (i.e. your well being, family matters, etc.). I have always been encouraged to make personal priorities number one when a work conflict arises.
