Fast moving, authentic - recognizing need for change. The "old way is not the best way"
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge. With experience working outside (in consulting), I still receive the THRILL and buzz of challenging work, however also have flexibility and a family of support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great new maternity leave benefits and culture of winning, however flexible for parents to take time off they need and work from home where needed. (Vacation/sick time, holidays)
