Smart, caring and action oriented people. Everyone is able and willing to help each other grow. The reason why I love my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the pace of work. I am mentally challenged each and every day. I love the diversity and never have the same day twice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm encouraged by Jeff's expectation of all employees to have the tough conversations up and down the organization. Being truthful and planning for risk instead of hoping our issues away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see compensation modeled after the structure of team work and agility that is necessary for our company to succeed. Right now people are pitted against one another, hope that someone has some small flaws/failure that puts them at the bottom 10%. Terrible for trust and collaboration.
