Transparent and the leadership team truly cares about the people. The people always come first at General Mills.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The various people you get to interact with throughout the process and the ability to travel out to business centers or headquarters to conduct business there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do so much for our people both in the office and outside of the office. There's always events going on and opportunities to meet new people and build connections at this company.
