Teamwork and a culture of helping each other, we succeed (or fail) together
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are global team, learning about and respecting our differences. We challenge each other and respect innovation and experimentation
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was several years ago but they were changing systems and all the Resume and Background info was lost a few times requiring duplicate effort. Also, they had contractors setting up interviews and offered very short lead times to come in and speak in person
