What makes you most happy at work?

I love creating food that people want to eat and want to share with friends and family. Reading/hearing positive reviews is the best feeling from the hard work I've put into launching a new product.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There's been a great evolution in the leadership styles and personalities over the years; they've grown to include some charismatic and transparent leaders that are willing to share more than previous generations. Their actions show their willingness to change culture for growth.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Culture is becoming increasingly competitive, so some coworkers are becoming a little less trustworthy. The ambitious ones are looking for opportunities for visibility, so there can be tensions in some interactions. Newer hires are not as willing to ask experienced coworkers for advice and help.
