Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Managers do not take what the employees ideas into consideration at all. Managers are supposed to a support system not a dictatorship. For the work we do and the hours we are forced to work, we should get back all the things that I had for compensation and vacation as when I started 15yrs ago.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Give new managers the proper training in the auto industry. Managers need to know they are the support system for employees that do the job everyday. This will be a great start. Also none of the management team at 5 different locations I have been at follow any of the values set by our CEO.
