
We are looked at as robots and are treated the same. Stop hiding control behind false safety!
Management needs to trust that the employees know what they are doing beyond the work they do.
Looking at the whole picture and not just how they can make more money! Act as a leader and not a manager. Treat your employees with respect and they will produce for you!
GM is headed on the same path they were on before the Bankruptcy! Why would a company produce the same engine in 9 different plants, instead of using a few plants to its max utilization. They need to offer a better incentive to those with over 30 years to retire. Then we can get new hires.
