I love how the new gm leadership have reallly embraced the change for the future, and figured out how to completely roll out new models in a very short time period
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working weekends to pm our equipment. We don’t work weekends. So we just run until something breaks. Then we fix it. If we could pm equipment on weekends it would make the run time better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better employee pricing on vehicles!!! I hate pulling in to our parking lot and seeing all the Honda’s all the Toyota’s and the Nissan s.. if you work for gm is ou should drive gm. But our hourly rate does not allow most family’s to drive a 50k 60k 70k dollar vehicle. Better employee pricing could
