Not all hourly employees get profit sharing bonus. I'm at the lansing grandriver plant and make half of what most people with same seniority date make.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People doing the same job aren't getting paid the same, not even close. Some are even doing a harder job and have a higher seniority date. What kind of message does that send to us.
