
We make it fun. As leaders, we still make sure business gets done but, we are always thinking safety first.
Doing the work of a fulltime employee but, I am only contract. A proven leader at the plant yet, still remain contract. Sickening to watch your less than equal counterparts get bonuses and contractors dont.
My leadership has full faith and trust in me. I am their go to group leader. This makes me feel valued. We all share the same frustration of hiring freezes and me not being able to be turned from contract to fulltime. I also like that my leadership is very intelligent and helped me develop.
