Management focuses on petty things Rather then the hard work that we put in 40’hours a week.
Management needs to focus on building relationships and effective communication with the employees that actually do the hard labor. Stop with petty write ups and looking to fire the workers.
Need to implement some form of retirement. A 401k is essential to our retirement. We work hard physically and mentally to keep GM at its highest standardard and we deserve and should have a retirement to look forward too.
