
Quality is being sacrificed for increased production/efficiency numbers. Taking time to 'do it right' needs to be re-introduced to the program.
Valuing employee feedback. Valuing employees. Employees are just a tool to be used and discarded; we've become just another resource to be managed.
There is no loyalty to salary employees. Management looks for petty reasons to decrease salary 'profit sharing',. There is STILL a 'good ol'boy' network and Management strongly favors those who blindly follow. There is rapid & decisive punishment for speaking out against favoritism.
Management is quick to point out failure, sets impossible goals, then lunishes for not achieving hose goals. My managers have no idea what my job is, or how to do it, but grade my performance. My direct manager was a Special Forces officer. He had no underatanding of Engineering or test procedure.
