What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is doing well selling trucks and making gm profitable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have no pension package other than the 6% company match on a small percent of investment. No health care. No pension check. It's a volunteer quit package.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The futture is always a worry. GM reclassified the salaried people as new hires and took away the pension and health care. There is no comfortable way to quit then live at a age less than 62
