Doing things cost effective, individual cases. Retain more work in house that saves you money, even if it’s just a dime

Let the company run the business and let the workers run the plant. New rules on sleeves for example. Crazy why not look into what injuries you’ve had where sleeves could have prevented those said injuries and adapt to what makes sense. Money wasting

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that GM/UAW are always looking for cost savings, be it the company, plant or individuals. For example. Health insurance- why would GM or the uaw not want to share the cost of health care with other providers if the spouse has insurance. Look into it. Go foots the whole bill instead.Crazy
