What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything seems to be a big secret, hardly ever know what’s going on, e.g. field supply, down weeks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work together fine, there’s no time to communicate anything that you may need to though, again overworked jobs, not a second to spare.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not nearly enough vehicles made in the US. They need to understand that just because we make the very overworked line jobs look easy, in fact they are doing permanent damage to our bodies in most cases.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We aren’t informed on much about the plant. I don’t even know who the plant manager is. There’s not enough information sharing, e.g, field supply. We read about vehicle sales in a local newspaper. We hear about down weeks from our suppliers.
