Annual Profit Sharing ( in lieu of pay raises!)

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Active Listening Class, Rules if effect meetings. A cultural change that impowers people (much like Saturn before 2005)

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Labor relations ...weak investigative process( If 5 people are involved in a dispute 1 gets questioned!) Old school good ole boy networking.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We are told that this company puts the customer first, the reality is and always has been productivity over everything else. We talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A culture where employees are cursed At commonly. Jobs are so overloaded that Team Leaders work in station most of the day. Everyone in Mgmt wants the BPD board to be a tool but no one has time to participate because of the job demands
