need to be better two way communication between union workers and management. Atmosphere within the plant doesn't encourage input from line workers, management doesn't value their input

communication with the people who are actually on the line, and listening their expert opinions and suggestions. We are all here for the same reason, to make a QUALITY product and do efficient work...

we need management to listen and take what we say to heart. GM Corporate has ZERO LOYALTY to their workforce!!! While union workers preach and try to instill buy American, when the corporate GM looks for every oportunity to cost US jobs and doesn't care that US jobs create US sales of their product
