communication with the people who are actually on the line, and listening their expert opinions and suggestions. We are all here for the same reason, to make a QUALITY product and do efficient work...

we need management to listen and take what we say to heart. GM Corporate has ZERO LOYALTY to their workforce!!! While union workers preach and try to instill buy American, when the corporate GM looks for every oportunity to cost US jobs and doesn't care that US jobs create US sales of their product
