
Knowledge between manager and worker is the issue. Time to hire skilled tradeperson to manage skilled workforce.
Need to hold skilled trades person accountable for the work they do. Stop the "It's good enough" attitude.
As skilled trades, my leadership team is not from skilled trades and doesn't understand what my job entails, if the job can be done in 1 hour or 10 hours. My leadership team get taken advantage by the artfull dodgers in skilled trades.
