Actually following their own policies and putting quality over quantity and communication and understanding
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of so many meetings they are pointless and meaningless nobody likes them hire a management team that care about important issues like quality and not about numbers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers. The dont listen to us as workers who have 20+years employment and they just got hired a year ago they only care about numbers and writing up employees to feel superior
