The interview process for new employees is very simple follow instructions and get your job done

All of the guys except for one follow rules guidelines and take care of things that they're entitled to take care of I had no complaints

I love everything about what I get from General Motors I can't complain about anything whether it's a plan to pay vacations the medical and so forth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly everything is positive there is no negative it's just a positive Workforce and needs to continue being that way I see no reason why it would change
What makes you most happy at work?
MTG the CEO taking care of what I need to take care of every single day so that I know that it's a better place for not just me by fellow co-workers cuz that's my way of life

Actually for the last Seventeen years I can't say there's anything that I would change about the leadership atalji are plant thing I can say is I hope it continues you know then you can do is continue to get better great leadership leads to Great workers great workers how build a great leader so it'
