It is a great company to work for - especially in the IT department.

What do you like best about your company?

Benefits, people and flexibility are great.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A lot of collaboration and innovative thought across all teams.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are transparent when able and respond to feedback with quickness.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leadership is very attentive to the need for flexibility in work schedules to accommodate for family life.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Get rid of the HR red tape that doesnt allow employees to be promoted to where they rank.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was formal and very scenario-based. They are interested in who you are as a person to forecast your potential.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus and benefits are pretty good. I am underpaid for my experience, etc. but internal HR policies prevent big leaps to catch up with my market value.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making sure I am paid what I am worth to both the market and the specific things I bring to the table. I think about the bottom line. I come to work everyday for one reason - because I provide a service to GM which I am paid for. Pay me fairly or another company will. Good pay equals happy me.
