Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued but I don't get paid as much as the average professionals in my role.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were no gotcha questions or abstract questions. Actual STAR questions that allow me to advise how my previous experiences prepared me for my GM role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team respect others as individuals and colleagues and not see others as subordinates. They welcome the situations when someone is bold and speaks up. As a minority, I feel welcomed and included.
