What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a lot of in-house promotions, rather than hiring from the outside, so everyone already knows the business and knows each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Massive disconnect between NY leadership & other campuses. Brilliant people's input comes & goes with teachers, & is lost, unharnessed

What is the best part about your compensation package?
During session we often work overtime, nearly double a normal shift, but we are compensated for it. We can choose to earn time and a half for pay or extra comp days.

I'm a long term contractor, so I don't expect benefits. However, I've gotten fair raises commensurate with performance.

I am the only person with my position in my department and am more valuable than others deem me to be.

It was conducted by both my manager and my direct supervisor, so I was able to know who I would be working with right away.
