Foing a good job and costumer happiness
When the manger do what they say they going to do for me ..and not having to wait a year and then take me off schudel when i dont even have a write up since i started there
Nothing anymore, now its just leaving.
Seeing my regular customers & co workers
Being able to help people feed and take care of themselves and their families.

Need to have more coverage. Also better dialog of communication with praise rather than the need to get things done. Awards should be implemented so employees can feel that their hard work pays off
It's too gar gone. It's gotten so toxic that even the customers can pick up on it

The bathrooms are always infested with feces, bugs, toilets are never working, mold grows on the sink. They could have nicer management, nicer employees.

I believe the turnover rate is very high for a reason and there needs to be a lot of changes made
I have left a message with the District Manager to call me. We will see if the top brass gives a damn or NOT check back with me later or I WILL leave Giant for a brighter future. LQQKS pretty bleak right NOW.
They want all this stuff done & coming out with all this new stuff & no help

We cannot hire anyone to come and stay for any length of time. We have no help there is no incentives to work for Giant Food. I think if things continue on this way they need to look at closing the store earlier so they can be staffed properly.
