Communicating requests clearly, while understanding what it takes to get it completed. Set realistic expectations. Limit making requests based off one small change, often leading to reactive decisions that later need to be revised.

Communication. A lot do not get back to you in a timely manner and then do not give clear answers when they do reply. Most pass responsibility to other departments for clarification which causes lengthy resolutions

can we create "promotion road maps" for each lower position that says you need to prove/show XYZ and ABC before considered for promotion?Give us an intensive to stay longer show us its possible day 1 to move up, maybe people will try harder if you show them whats possible? Something to aim four

People are overworked and underpaid. The company is top heavy; improve the manager to employee ratio Employees have little incentive to work better or improve. Some layoffs are not necessary; re-purposing roles maybe better instead.
