Being able to take on projects and complete them on time and under budget.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers work together wery well. It's the manager that lacks giving clear direction for projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Production is over paid by 10 dollars an hour and maintenance is underpaid 10 dollars an hour. Simple economics.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are many entitled production workers because of lack of management. They seem to have a different direction than what management wants.
