Better communication between mngmt and assoc. Changes to make work more efficient/ergonomical for associates

Management doesn't follow rules but disciplines associates who don't. Management breaks rules to get bonuses at the associates ' expense

it would be great if we weren't required to use 60 hours of our vacation time when the company decides we need to use it
