
Safty is number one. Listen to there lead tech more. Because working safe and working efficiently is what is going to drive more customers in. And some trust that we are not trying to just sell them tires, when there's are actually repairable.
There is no support from the company. I feel like there is no encouragement. Like hey you are doing a good job, your going in the right direction. Keep up the good work. It is always negative. Not from my center Manager, but from Regional management.
My experience with Goodyear rubber company is, there is no hey good job. You are doing good, keep up the good work. Nothing for Thanksgiving. And no company Christmas party. Not even a Christmas card or anything saying thanks for are hard work. This goes for commercial side of Goodyear.
