Resolving equipment issues and increasing the reliability of the equipment and contributing to the success of the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

At the conclusion they give you a tour of the tire plant which will was pretty eye opening.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone for the most part works as a team but like most places there are many that pickup the slack of others.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Work as a team but like all leadership teams there is a disconnect on what middle management and below need to be successful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Have some of the best support from my team. Upper management expects you to live there but wants you to have a good work life balance....,,

We don't plan good. Have to do a lot of unnecessary work.
