Management needs to be better leaders in order for the culture to become better.

Management is terrible and not leaders they only use the employees as scape goats
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay in the 80% range, but that is a really wide range, lots of places pay way more for the same work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are not about the employees, they are all about their own pockets. They don't care about the chemical division just the tire division.
