My supervisor at that time was very nice and had a positive attitude
We've been together a long time and work well together for the most part
Immediate supervisors are good at recognizing accomplishments but the higher up in the chain they go the worse it gets
New owners don't care about the employees that they just boughtthey could stop laying off people and work with people they have instead of eliminating jobs
We were just bought by Grey our benefits went down the toilet, we lost paid time off, and pay stayed the same. All they care about is the money they get to keep
This company is all about the money. The employee is 100% insignificant. People working at my station for 20+ years are being laid off so they can hire me people cheaper. They are eliminating a dozen positions leave before they are ready for us to... No date given.. . We lose severance pay
