Becuase its your health, family, and relationship on hold to chase money

I am asked to put in a request for a holiday off, and given ridiculous guidelines to follow before it is approved. I work the actual holiday, and then have to all but plead for the time off.

I feel that most of the routes from a driver prospect are not designed to enhance the quality of life for the individual. schedules have them away from Home for extreme periods of time, while returning home can be almost more than 24 hours before they leave to return to their home domicile.

Not one senior driver has anything positive to say about greyhound they can't wait to be able to leave they're just there for the check and they always speak about how the new drivers are treated so bad and that's why it's so hard to keep new people
