What are some of the best things about your team?We have a very senior team. This allows for the ability to share responsibilities throughout, ability to grow and learn at a similar level, move quickly through work, and have great trust in each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team mates plays well, they are all professional and funny. That always reminding me to keep going, or I'll fall behind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparency and availability. Example -- I feel that Jeff's "Office Hours" weekly meeting is very informative and gives us a great opportunity to learn more about what is going on around the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Was planned to discuss for a raise/perf review last year, and then Grindr sold ( but I like the changes, I love here more than ever ). I told my manager about the review recently, and I'm trying to make it.
