We have a very down to earth, supportive, and positive culture. I can ask anyone for help and I feel that everyone is invested in my success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that we're competing for top 10% of talent. We're getting top 25% of talent and we pay in the 70th percentile of the market when we should be aiming about above 80. Our market data on compensation is backward not forward looking.
