I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work at Guidewire. I feel challenged, valued and motivated. I am four years in and looking forward to the next four (and beyond, I hope)!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate with and engage all employees, and lead exceptionally well during the pandemic, right from the beginning. I feel valued by Guidewire and this makes me even more dedicated to Guidewire's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the "Mondays with Mike" calls where various topics are covered and Mike takes questions from anyone about almost any topic. This makes Leadership seem approachable and inspires me to do my best to help Guidewire succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am challenged and get to learn new things every day. I am able to contribute by offering suggestions for process improvement. I am able to balance my need to be analytical and creative... a perfect blend of each!
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my coworkers are very smart and bring something unique to the table. Everyone is very respectful and also just cool. I do wish we worked in the same town... it would be nice to see each other socially more than once a year (or every other year) -- that is, if we were clear of the pandemic.
