Salary increment does not align with the inflation so basic pay remains stagnant. Although it is compensated by LTI, LTI only comes quarterly and the low basic pay affects the annual bonus.
There is not much hierarchy in the team and you're always encouraged to share your thoughts in team meetings. The team is also very collegial to one another and always ready to lend a hand!
New hires are given higher offers while existing employees have to get by with abysmal increments. The company should make regular salary adjustments for existing employees to make sure they are paid the current market rate.
