Everyone is open for each other, we know that we have the same share goal, even if our areas are different

That I can contact them anytime and they will respond if they have time - my position as only 'junior" does not matter
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest there is a lot of things. In my previous workplace full-time employees hadn't package as big as I have here as an intern.
