I am getting paid less then my friends who work somewhere else with similar experience as mine!

The annual compensation.. I have been here only few months so dont know about bonus, etc yet :(

Base salary can be higher. Also didn't get any welcome Guidewire Swag since I joined in Covid.

Great Team to work with. We support each other and help each one out. We discuss issues and try to solve them as a team.
