I was very happy for the beginning years, then COVID hit and my position and future went away. I just put out fires now and have nothing to look forward too

Have obtainable goals and roadmaps for people not this VPMOM crap
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constant change in direction, process with a clear roadmap. Stop the marketing/sales pitch and really communicate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock is tanking. My role in the company is unknown and compensation is no longer based upon any performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no longer a roadmap for me to improve or move up. Due to the pandemic and changes because of it, I have no clue what my future in Guidewire is
