What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very comparable to market, if not better. Plus the unlimited PTO is a huge benefit.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I'm given autonomy to make my own choices (and sometimes mistakes), and that I have so many offers of help coming from so many different levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that there is a good mix of men and women, I love that my leaders feel comfortable being themselves, and they pass along their joy at work to those under them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think I have the best team at Guidewire, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way - so many great people get "on the bus" at Guidewire and they might switch seats but they always seem to stay on the bus. That is such amazing motivation.
