Working from home and interacting with positive attitudes from upper management. There is not an EGO in the room at any moment

Very collaborative. Open door policy and we pick each other up when there is a mistake made. No pointing fingers. Work very well as a complete team

Unlike any other organization that I've worked with in the past. Clearly shows they care and treat you like a respected professional. Open to outside ideas and stays open minded on all accounts.
