Completing a project that I can see the follow-through on. Knowing that my work was used for something and serves a purpose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are genuine in their intentions to blur the lines of hierarchal governance... everyone here is on a collective team and working towards the same goal. Comradery is strong at Guidewire!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly helpful and has the desire to work together to get to resolutions. Whenever I have a question, I feel as though I can go to just about any of my colleagues, whether or not they are in my direct circle/team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works really hard to achieve objectives and make other feel welcome and as if they are a part of the bigger picture. They are passionate about helping the business and their client groups and community and it is clear in the work that they produce and how they conduct themselves.
