They are smart, hardworking, thoughtful and personable. Its fun to create things with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's comprehensive. It provides a good medical package (Kaiser for me), optical, legal and time off policies. The pay seems competitive. While competing compensation packages might marginally be better, the biggest perk is my colleagues and it would take a lot to lure me away from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO Mike is rational, compassionate and understands both the current position of Guidewire in the market and has a clear vision of what we can be. I've had a few great CEOs in companies I've worked for. Mike is by far the one I look up to and appreciate the most.
