I've been working in Guidewire for a few years now but it still feels fresh and exciting to me.

They're crystal clear and hold space for answering any and all questions from employees.

the bonuses and the promise of work from anywhere, those will keep life colourful and interesting for a long time!

we also are interested in one another as human beings so our meetings are part professional and part just chat with friends.

diversity. we are encouraged to be and show all our different colours and flavours and recognize each other's uniqueness and be supported as such.

it's an extremely nurturing space and it changes like weather in Ireland, so if you don't like something - it'll probably change before it's really annoying :)
What makes you most happy at work?
i get to be creative and my ideas are taken seriously and very often acted upon. I feel safe to make mistakes as part of the process.

we're all fully formed adults with loads of experience, we trust each other to do our bits, everyone is invested and helpful at all times, even in stressful moments.

being able to utilize all of myself in my job and all of me, the good and the bad is accepted. i am treated as an asset - whole of me.
